Horrible products

Hello Blackweb Customer Support,
I recently purchased a pair of Blackweb headphones, and after about 3 months of normal use, they have stopped charging and are no longer working.
At this point, I am unable to return them through the store, so I'm reaching out to see if you can help with a replacement, warranty claim, or another solution.
The headphones were used under normal conditions and were well taken care of, so I was surprised they stopped working so soon.
Please let me know what information you need from me, like photos; unfortunately, I lost the receipt.

I bought 2 BlackWeb batteries a few years ago during a Black Friday sale and they've been working great!...
...until one blew up this morning. And I mean BLEW UP.
I've got soot on the ceiling now from where one of the batteries (inside the device) literally hit the cieling and ricocheted. It landed on a carboard box and caught it on fire.
I had to run and dump water on it before it spread - thankfully I did it quickly enough that only the box got damaged.
That being said, I'm recovering from a surgery, so it wasnt a good thing. I'm now in pain.
I think you need to know of this event! Portable battery chargers should not blow up!
I'm now a bit nervous about using my other one!
I got them at the same store at the same time! They're probably from the same batch!!
What do I do?
Preferred solution: Maybe a replacement? For one or both.

The warranty was not honored. The headphones item broke where it folds.
Too me its a manufactured issue and they would not cover it. The worst customer service ever

Have enjoyed my blackweb for 4 years. And now when I turn the unit on it turns it's self off fully charged so it would seem. Love the model: BWD19AAS11. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Warranty

I got these earbuds as a gift and they do not work One headphone works the other one don't You can't get a hold of blackwood company personally you got to go through Walmart and Walmart won't do nothing because they say go to the manufacturer but when I go to the manufacturer they don't respond and they don't do anything so I'm a little pissed about this because I only got him like 7 months ago and they shouldn't one earbuds should should not work they should all work. This should all work. But this is ridiculous they don't want to get get back a hold of me then we'll contact me I'll try to email and I can't find the email address the one I did find this says it won't let you upload anything this that's an imprint valid format or something and so you know I just want to replace it on these earbuds they're over the ear earbuds are pink and they're black love earbuds black web earbuds so I'm kind of pissy about this and I'd like to be respond or just send me out of replacement thanks

Can’t get help
- - Charging issues, paid for extra protection, but the item can't be fixed; can't reach anyone after many calls, and extra protection isn't honored.
Charging issues and paid for extra protection and cant get my item fixed or replaced. When calling to get it replaced or fixed I got blowed off and not helped at all.
Even if you purchase extra protection they definitely wont honor it. Ive been told to call numerous numbers and cant get hold of anyone and then found this site

Speaker will not charge and has been plugged in for ample amount of time, connection checked and no debris found also turns off after about 5 seconds even when plugged in.

I am looking to replace the power charger for a Blackweb Soundbrick III Bluetooth speaker. It is a DC 9V - 0.5A.
I lost the power supply to recharge this speaker. Where can I find and buy a replacement charger?
Every universal adapter I have found & tried does not fit this speaker.
My speaker is fine, it just needs to be charged. Please tell me where I can replace the charger.
